As explained in the TERMS & CONDITIONS & FAQ Section, Waterproof Camera Hire does not provide insurance against Loss, Theft, Accidental or Consequence Damage. When the equipment is hired out, it is the Hirer’s responsibility to fully insure the Equipment.
In some,but not all situations, your Travel or Home insurance policy will include insurance coverage for items of such as electronics, cameras etc.
However, insurance policies vary considerably & the only way to effectively confirm this is to read the Policy conditions or contact your Insurance Company or Broker.
If you are travelling abroad, please check your Travel policy. We strongly advise that all Travellers abroad should have travel insurance, not just for the hired equipment, but for medical, accident & travel delay incidents. Please also remember, when you travel abroad, in certain countries, thieves target tourists as they are seen as an easy target. Theft does happen - so please ensure you are protected by insurance & of course, take all reasonable care of your personal safety.
If you are in the UK, you should check your Home or personal policy.

In the unlikely event, that the equipment is lost, stolen or damaged, and with an insurance policy, you will not face any financial burden due to any unforeseen incidents.
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, you will be responsible for the full value of the replacement value of the equipment if the hired equipment is not returned.
In the majority of cases of Theft or Loss, your insurance company will require a police certificate confirming the incident. Please contact you insurance company immediately an incident occurs. They will provide detailed instructions.
